Over 25+ years of Human Resources and Health and Safety experience working with both Union and non-union personnel in bilingual environments (English, French, in the process of learning Spanish).

Support lean manufacturing efforts through Management development, by creating a strategy in conjunction with the site supervision that defines expectations and new performance measures.

Management experience with WCB (in four provinces), OSHA (US) and CSST claims to ensure cost effectiveness.

Implement and maintain the Health & Safety Program to be on the “preferred” contractor list for companies and contractors.

Quality & safety specialist with the ability to analyze operations, pinpoint areas for improvement and redesign, and implement plans that generate profitable results.

Provided counseling to Management on legislative matters, policies and guidelines with a focus of enhancing labour relations and maintaining a strategically organized environment.

Positive negotiations with a variety of Union’s, effectively influence Union direction in the restructuring of Collective Agreements.
